Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

My Mind's Eye Designs creates personalized merchandise and printed details made to order. Product minimum quantities are listed on each product page.

Submitting artwork

Customers will be asked to provide their artwork and personalization instructions as part of the custom-order process. Please do not assume that uploading a file automatically means it is print-ready. Artwork may require adjustments or additional design services, which will be discussed before any extra work is authorized.

Digital proofs and written approval

MMED reviews submitted artwork for production suitability and provides a digital proof for review. Production does not begin until written approval of the final proof is received. Production lead times start after final artwork approval, not when payment is made or an order is placed. Revisions may affect the estimated completion date.

Rush orders and holiday deadlines

Rush production is not guaranteed and must be approved by MMED before a delivery or pickup date is promised. Holiday ordering deadlines and product lead times will be announced based on production capacity.

Pickup and shipping

Shipping options depend on the order. Local pickup may be arranged in advance at a separately confirmed location. Our business address is not a walk-in pickup location.
