Ordering and shipping quotes

For our initial opening, submit an order or quote request with your items, quantities, personalization details, requested date, and shipping destination. Shipping is quoted individually based on the products, quantities, protective packaging, destination, and delivery service. We confirm the complete item, applicable tax, and shipping total for your approval before sending a payment invoice. Submitting a request does not place a paid order or reserve production time.

Production and proof approval

Production begins after payment, receipt of usable artwork and order details, and your written approval of the final digital proof. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Product-specific timelines and availability are confirmed with your quote.

Delivery timing

Please contact us before ordering for an event or holiday deadline. Requested dates are subject to production capacity and carrier transit times and are not guaranteed. Faster shipping does not shorten production time.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Local pickup

Pickup may be available by prior arrangement. We confirm the pickup location and time directly. Our business mailing address is not a walk-in storefront or pickup location.

Delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully. If your shipment arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, contact 2mmeds@gmail.com promptly with your order details and photos, and retain the packaging. Contact us if a shipment appears lost so we can review tracking and next steps.
